더 다양한 맞춤 보고서를 원한다면 커스텀 대시보드를 참고하세요. 여기서 커스텀 위젯을 추가하고 수정하여 Hyperclass의 주요 영역 지표를 표시할 수 있습니다. 이 기능에 대한 자세한 정보는 [커스텀 위젯 도움말 문서](/hyperclass-docs/dashboard/what-are-dashboard-widgets/feature-document-custom-widgets.md)에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.

좌측 메뉴에서 `Reporting(리포팅) → Agent Reporting(에이전트 보고서)` (상단 메뉴)를 통해 이 보고서에 접근할 수 있습니다.

이 보고서에는 다음이 포함됩니다:

* 전체 팀이 어떻게 성과를 내고 있는지 한눈에 보는 개요
* 통계, 전환율, SMS 통계, 이메일 통계, 통화 지표, 효율성을 보여주는 기회 관리 뷰
* 가장 많은 기회와 가장 많은 성사를 보여주는 리더보드
* 날짜 범위별 비교 기능
