미리 정의된 템플릿을 사용하여 모바일 앱에서 문서와 계약서를 작성하고 발송하세요!

***참고:** 모바일에서 문서 및 계약서를 사용하려면 먼저 HighLevel 웹 플랫폼에서 템플릿을 저장해두세요. 모바일에서는 아직 처음부터 새로 문서를 작성하는 기능을 제공하지 않습니다.*

## 사용 방법

* 원하는 하위 계정(Sub-account)을 선택한 상태로 모바일 앱을 실행하세요.
* 왼쪽 네비게이션 바에서 "Documents and Contracts(문서 및 계약서)"를 탭하세요.
* "All documents(모든 문서)" 섹션에서 초안(Draft) 및 발송된 문서를 모두 볼 수 있습니다. 또는 "Templates(템플릿)" 탭으로 전환하여 저장된 모든 문서 템플릿을 확인할 수 있습니다.
* 화면 우하단의 "+" 플로팅 버튼을 클릭하여 새 연락처를 생성하세요.
* 이 문서에 필요한 연락처를 추가하세요.
* 발송할 적절한 문서 템플릿을 선택하세요.
* 상품 카탈로그에서 항목을 추가하세요. 이는 선택사항이며, 견적서나 추정서 생성이 필요하지 않다면 건너뛸 수 있습니다.
* 문서 세부사항을 검토하세요. 모든 것을 검토한 후 이메일로 문서를 발송하거나 고유 링크를 생성할 수 있습니다.
