# 캘린더 연동 연결 해제 알림

## 개요

캘린더나 화상 회의 연동이 해제될 때 알림을 받아보세요. 이메일, SMS, 푸시 알림(웹 및 모바일)으로 알림을 받으므로 빠르게 대응하여 예약과 고객 커뮤니케이션 중단을 최소화할 수 있습니다.

다음 연동 서비스의 연결 해제 시 알림이 발송됩니다:

## 사용 방법

### 1. 알림 활성화 또는 비활성화

### 2. 알림 받기

활성화하면 지원하는 연동 서비스의 연결이 해제될 때 알림을 받게 됩니다:

* 이메일: 연동 서비스명, 영향사항, 재연결 단계가 포함됩니다.
* 인앱 알림: 웹 브라우저와 모바일 기기에서 표시됩니다.
* SMS: 사용자가 설정한 번호로 직접 전송되며, 연동 서비스와 하위 계정 세부정보가 포함됩니다.

## 참고사항:

* 동기화 연결 해제 알림은 로케이션이나 에이전시 관리자에게 전송되지 않습니다. 해당 사용자만 알림을 받습니다.
* 기본적으로 이메일과 인앱 알림이 활성화되어 있습니다. My Profile(내 프로필) > Notifications(알림)에서 언제든지 기본 설정을 변경할 수 있습니다.
* 이메일 및 SMS 알림은 계정 설정과 구성에 따라 **요금이 발생할 수 있습니다**. 적용 가능한 비용을 확인하려면 커뮤니케이션 설정을 검토해주세요.
* SMS 발송 규칙: SMS는 하위 계정 수준에서 사용자 전화번호가 설정된 경우에만 전송됩니다.
